Fitness is something that is often overdone in the football world. And doing too much of it can leave you slow, fatigued, and even injured. Which is exactly why I give you the perfect amount of fitness work so that you can recover and make progress just like the pros.

NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Not everyone has equipment. The good news is, training for fitness is very simple. All you will need is a field, parking garage, or any open space that gives you some room to run (basically any surface that is about the size of a quarter of a football pitch. Some of these drills can be done on a treadmill as well.
