This level is designed to get you moving better by improving your mobility, technique, pelvic mechanics, senses, and much more.
This is the foundation that so many other programs skip, and why a lot of people stay injured for so long.

LEVEL TWO-THE BULLETPROOF
This level is designed to get your muscles, tendons, connective tissues, and entire body more resilient and strong.
We do this through isometric training using the proper times, cocontraction exercises to improve stability, and proper strength training through all ranes of motion and movement planes.

LEVEL THREE-THE RETURN
Maybe the most overlooked aspect of recovery. This is where we make sure that your body is ready for what it will see on the pitch, so you go out and perform at the highest level without having a single worry about your injury.
We will work on running mechanics to make sure your technique is sound, plyometrics to make sure you can be fast in all ranges of motion, top speed and accel sprints, along with changes of direction.
Once you have completed these, you will be 100% ready to return to the football pitch and get back to scoring goals, making tackles, and winning games.
